“The Worth Check” — five questions that tell you whether your price has room in it
Every owner knows what a good client experience looks like. Most deliver one themselves. The harder question is what a client receives when you are not in the building — and whether you could show it to anyone.
The one question almost no owner can answer — and why it decides whether everything else you believe about your service is founded.
Why three tracked numbers still isn't evidence if nothing tells you when a standard quietly stops.
The four positions on price — and which one is the most expensive to sit in. It isn't the one owners worry about.
The single number to measure this week. Counted by hand, no new software, and it takes a fortnight to know.

Five questions. Nothing to look up.
1
Whether you know what happens to an enquiry
The share of new enquiries that become a booked appointment is almost entirely your admin team's work, and almost never measured. Most owners find out here that they are guessing.
2
Whether your fee is judged against your best delivery, or your worst
Every practitioner delivers a slightly different experience. A client meets one of them at random, and prices you on that.
3
Whether the feedback you rely on is representative
Not the score — the share of clients who answer at all. Until you have counted it, the picture you hold of your own service is assembled from whoever chose to speak up.
4
Whether anything would tell you if a standard stopped
The follow-up call, the plan in their hands, the confirmation that goes out. This question counts double, and it is the one that separates an owner who measures from an owner who hopes.
5
Whether you are about to move on price
Raised fees in the last year, been meaning to, or not planning to. Wanting to counts — and it changes what the other four answers mean.
